30-day returns
Unused, unopened intimate items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be accepted unless they arrive defective.
Damaged or defective pieces
If your piece arrives chipped, cracked or otherwise defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace it or refund it in full — return shipping included.
Every piece is additionally covered by our 3-year craftsmanship warranty.
How to start a return
Email support with your order number. We will send plain return instructions and a prepaid label where the return is our responsibility.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the parcel.
