Discreet packaging

Every GlassSexToy order ships in a plain, unmarked box or padded mailer. The sender label reads "GV Logistics" and never displays the product name, brand or category.

Billing descriptors are neutral as well — your statement will never reference adult products.

Processing time

In-stock pieces are inspected, wrapped and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Each piece is individually checked for surface flaws before packing.

Shipping rates & delivery times

Standard worldwide shipping is a flat $9.90. Orders over $50 ship free.

North America: 5–9 business days · Europe: 6–10 business days · Asia-Pacific: 7–12 business days · Rest of world: 10–18 business days.

You receive a neutral tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

Customs & import

Import duties or taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. Adult-product import rules vary by country — please verify local regulations before ordering.
